Interfaces

Cresset’s software products are available as desktop applications with graphical user interfaces (GUIs) or as command line (CLI) binaries which can be scripted or accessed from workflow protocols via Pipeline Pilot and KNIME compatible compute nodes. These nodes and protocols can be easily assembled into larger workflows, either combined with other Cresset applications or with components from other sources.

	Command line binaries give you the ultimate flexibility to deploy Cresset’s unique science to suit the ways that you work and the systems that you use.
	Pipeline Pilot protocols for all the XedTools are available for free. The protocols can be used immediately within Discovery Studio or customised for deployment in larger workflows.
	KNIME nodes for all the XedTools are available for free.
