Third party licenses

Our software applications include third party applications that have their own license agreements. Use of Cresset software ('the software') is subject to compliance with the Cresset End User License Agreement and to the relevant third party licenses from the list below.

• BioMolTech products are covered by the BioMolTech end user license agreement
• The software may provide an interface to AmberTools under the AmberTools license, the OpenBLAS license, and the FFTW license
• Angle is covered by the ANGLE license
• Boost is used under the Boost license
• Coordgen may be used and is used under the Coordgen license
• dlib is used under the Boost license agreement
• The GD graphics library is used under the GD license
• The libcola library is used under the terms of the LGPL version 2.1
• The MAE parser may be used in the software and is used under the MAE parser license
• This product may include software developed by the OpenSSL Project for use in the OpenSSL Toolkit (http://www.openssl.org/) and is used under the OpenSSL license
• The pthread library is used under the terms of the LGPL version 2.1
• The Qt Toolkit is used under the terms of the LGPL version 3
• The software may contain software from Qt solutions used under the Qt Solutions license
• The software may contain parts of the Qwt project used under the Qwt license
• The software may contain parts of the Qt for python project used under the LGPL version 3
• Qt incorporates a large number of libraries from third parties, each of which has its own license
• RDKit is included in Cresset software and is used under the RDKit license. The RDKit includes a number of BSD-licensed components: the following files detail those not covered elsewhere on this page:

• Portions of this software are Copyright (C) 2006 The FreeType Project (www.freetype.org). All rights reserved
• COBALT may be used in the software and is used under the COBALT license
• This software may use the Torsion Library jointly developed by the University of Hamburg, Center for Bioinformatics, Hamburg, Germany and F. Hoffmann-La-Roche Ltd., Basel, Switzerland
• This software may contain pybind which is used under the  Pybind license
• This software comes with a copy of Python and a number of Python modules. The relevant licenses are included in the distribution. Python is licensed under the Python License
